UK/EU Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

To support innovative product development, the full-time UK/EU Licensed Senior Counsel will partner with cross-functional teams on regulatory licensing and product counseling for crypto-related offerings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide actionable legal guidance throughout the product development cycle, from ideation to launch
• Translate complex regulatory frameworks into practical controls and market entry strategies
• Lead licensing and registration efforts, including managing applications and regulator interactions

Required qualifications

• Qualified lawyer (Solicitor/Barrister of England & Wales, Irish Solicitor/Barrister, or equivalent in an EU Member State)
• 10+ years' PQE in financial services law within a regulated institution or law firm
• Experience advising on MiFID investment services and familiarity with crypto-asset regulations
• Demonstrated experience in leading licensing or registration efforts
• Strong analytical, drafting, and organizational skills with a focus on clear communication
