Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex Go-To-Market roles, including Sales and Product Marketing
- Architect multi-channel candidate attraction strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
- Provide data-backed talent intelligence and market insights to senior GTM leaders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing senior-level commercial talent in the UK and EMEA
- Expertise with recruitment technologies, including Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong understanding of UK and European labor compliance and contract worker models
- Demonstrated expertise in structured, competency-based interviewing methodologies
