UK Head of Compliance & MLRO

Job Summary

UK Head of Compliance & MLRO, responsible for overseeing compliance operations and regulatory adherence in a full-time role, ensuring the organization meets all relevant regulations while providing advisory support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the compliance framework in accordance with FCA requirements
• Act as the primary regulatory contact and ensure timely regulatory reporting
• Conduct compliance reviews and provide regular internal management information on compliance activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in regulatory, law enforcement, e-money, or payment services environments
• Experience in a Head of Compliance or MLRO role, or as a Senior Manager/Deputy MLRO
• Strong background in Policy & Procedure development, Risk Assessment, and Financial Crime Compliance
• Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance programs and operational processes
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
