Job Summary

A company is looking for a P&C Advisor - FTC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a first point of contact for managers on employee matters
  • Lead employee relations end to end, including sickness, absence, performance, conduct, and grievances
  • Support the P&C Director and leaders with people and organizational change as well as BAU people processes


Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a HR Advisory role
  • Strong employee relations experience
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, matrix organization
  • Strong knowledge of WorkDay system
