Job Summary
A company is looking for a P&C Advisor - FTC.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for managers on employee matters
- Lead employee relations end to end, including sickness, absence, performance, conduct, and grievances
- Support the P&C Director and leaders with people and organizational change as well as BAU people processes
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a HR Advisory role
- Strong employee relations experience
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, matrix organization
- Strong knowledge of WorkDay system
