UK & Ireland Corporate Counsel
Job Summary
To support a growing legal team, the fully remote Senior Counsel, Corporate & Commercial (UK & Ireland) will provide strategic legal support on corporate and commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage legal risks and support business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including technology and confidentiality agreements
- Provide practical legal advice on corporate matters, balancing legal risk with business priorities
- Analyze and resolve complex legal issues, partnering with cross-functional teams to support commercial initiatives
Required qualifications
- Qualified lawyer in England & Wales or Ireland
- 6+ years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department focused on commercial and corporate matters
- Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements
- Strong understanding of commercial law and the ability to provide business-oriented legal advice
- Ability to independently manage complex legal matters and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision
