UK Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel (UK).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor on regulations applicable to the global fintech platform
• Draft, negotiate, and structure complex commercial, financing, and technology agreements
• Partner with product, engineering, and security teams to support the development of fintech and emerging technology products

Required Qualifications

• Qualified attorney licensed to practice law in the United States or the United Kingdom
• Juris Doctor (JD), LLB, or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in fintech or technology platforms
• Demonstrated experience advising on GDPR and global privacy laws
• Strong experience with supply chain finance and structured finance transactions
