UK Licensed EAP Counsellor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Counsellor (Night Shifts).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and video counselling, crisis management, and in-the-moment support while maintaining client confidentiality
• Assess clients for appropriateness for short-term counselling and manage high-risk calls
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation in the case management system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Level 4 diploma in Counselling
• Full Registration with or membership of a regulatory counselling body (BACP/BPS/UKCP/Other)
• Experience with short-term counselling modalities such as Solution-Focused, CBT, and Mindfulness
• Training in crisis intervention and support for high-risk clients is beneficial
• Culturally sensitive and competent in using various communication methods including telephone, video, and chat
