Key responsibilities
- Advise on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, focusing on the UK
- Draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including licensing and IP
- Drive GDPR compliance and improve legal operations through AI and modern technologies
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience as senior in-house legal counsel or general counsel in an international company
- Proven in-house legal experience in the game development industry
