Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Lawyer - Investment Compliance (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Transaction and Investment Compliance for institutional investors and asset managers
• Advise clients on compliance risk related to live transactions and existing investments
• Review deal structures and investigate corporate ownership to identify compliance red flags

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Licensed to practice law in the UK or Europe (consideration for other similar jurisdictions)
• 4+ years' post qualification experience in Corporate M&A, PE, Finance, Transactional or Corporate Support law
• Experience representing asset management or institutional investor clients
• Strong commercial awareness with a solutions-first approach
