Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Consultant - Contract Negotiation (French/German Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the negotiation of investment-related NDAs, Engagement Letters, joinder agreements, and non-reliance letters
Manage the entire contract process from initial review and negotiation to document execution
Collaborate with global lawyers and paralegals on fast-paced, high-volume negotiations

Required Qualifications

Licensed to practice Law in the UK, Europe, USA, or Canada
Fluent in French and/or German
5+ years of corporate/transactional law experience, either in-house or in private practice
Experience negotiating investment-related NDAs and Engagement Letters independently
Familiarity with asset managers, investment banks, or financial services firms is preferable but not essential
