UK Licensed Legal Counsel

Job Summary

Providing general legal advice and support, the full-time UK Licensed Legal Counsel will review and negotiate agreements, assist with compliance matters, and support the legal team on various projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and negotiate various agreements, including services and confidentiality agreements
• Provide legal advice on employee matters and regulatory compliance to support daily business activities
• Draft bespoke contracts and assist in resolving disputes as needed

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in contract review and negotiation
• Qualification to practice in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing
• In-house experience, preferably in the IT/Technology industry
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on practical and commercial advice
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently across global teams
