UK Licensed Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

Experienced commercial transactions attorneys will find a remote, full-time opportunity as a UK Licensed Senior Commercial Counsel, responsible for negotiating enterprise cloud and license agreements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing business-minded legal guidance to support the UKI region and other EMEA countries.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft a variety of customer and partner agreements to support enterprise sales
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to facilitate contract reviews and process improvements
• Develop training materials and educate sales teams on contract terms and legal issues

Required qualifications

• UK qualified solicitor or barrister with a UK law degree (LLB) or conversion course (GDL) and 8+ years PQE
• Strong experience in B2B contract negotiations with commercial and tech acumen
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Knowledge of privacy matters, including GDPR
• Experience in cloud technology contracting
