UK Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting end-to-end UK payroll processes, the full-time Payroll Analyst will collaborate with an external payroll provider to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while working in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end UK payroll processing in cooperation with an external payroll provider
• Review and validate payroll outputs, ensuring compliance with UK payroll regulations
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and assist in payroll reconciliations and audits

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UK payroll
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll regulations, including PAYE and National Insurance
• Experience supporting end-to-end payroll processes in a complex or international environment
• Advanced Excel skills, including data validation and reconciliation
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
