Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Manager - UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively cultivate strong relationships with clients and act as their chief advocate
• Manage the client operating environment to grow existing business by selling new products and increasing product usage
• Maintain a detailed history of client activities and satisfaction using CRM and support ticketing systems

Required Qualifications

• University Degree
• Minimum of two years of experience in relationship management and/or sales
• Experience in a Sales, quota-carrying role with proven negotiation skills
• Enterprise Account Management experience
• Familiarity with software web applications and product workflows
