Job Summary

A company is looking for a UK Workday Payroll Review & Compliance Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a review of Workday Payroll configuration specific to the UK
• Assess compliance risks related to National Living Wage, pension schemes, and deductions
• Document current setup and findings, and create deliverables outlining risks and recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Workday Payroll configuration in the UK
• Knowledge of UK payroll compliance and legislation
• Background in payroll operations, benefits, and pensions
• Ability to work independently without existing documentation
• Strong documentation skills
