  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
  • Manage and close support cases in compliance with SLA

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of customer support experience
  • 2+ years of UKG Workforce Ready experience
  • Experience with running payroll and applicable systems knowledge
  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Understanding of operating systems, networking technologies, and software applications
