UKG Integration Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Integration Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between UKG Pro and third-party systems using industry-standard tools and APIs
• Collaborate with implementation consultants, clients, and vendors to gather requirements and create technical specifications
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure data accuracy and reliability, while managing multiple client projects concurrently

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development with proficiency in a general-purpose programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python)
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro integrations, SQL, APIs, or middleware (Dell Boomi experience preferred)
• Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Scheduling, or Benefits systems is highly desirable
• Experience creating, testing, and deploying integration solutions in production environments
• Familiarity with SQL, XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP web services is a plus
