Job Summary

To support a large healthcare organization, the remote UKG Pro Application Analyst will configure, maintain, and optimize the UKG Pro environment while serving as a resource for enhancements and issue resolution in a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Key responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support the UKG Pro platform
Consult with business stakeholders on system capabilities and configuration options
Troubleshoot application issues and recommend process improvements

Required qualifications

Associate's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of hands-on experience supporting UKG Pro
UKG Pro or UKG Workforce Management certification required
Experience configuring and administering cloud-based HR applications
Strong understanding of HRIS functionality and application support
