UKG Pro Configuration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Pro Configuration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the strategic development, implementation, testing, management, and ongoing optimization of the company's HRIS (UKG) platform
• Identify and resolve configuration issues to ensure operational efficiency
• Partner with key stakeholders to define and implement efficient and effective HR processes and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in a database management related role, specifically working with UKG Pro
• Advanced knowledge and experience with configuring and administering HRIS and Time Management Systems with UKG
• Proven and demonstrated project management skills
• Ability to handle multiple, complex, priority projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines
• Ability to handle confidential materials and associated issues
