Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Pro Ancillary Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide post-live stabilization and optimization support across assigned ancillary modules
Lead configuration updates, troubleshooting, and enhancement initiatives
Support complex multi-module client environments

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of UKG Pro consulting experience
Hands-on configuration expertise in at least two preferred modules: HRSD, Talent Acquisition, Learning, or Business Intelligence
Experience supporting post-live client environments
Ability to independently manage client relationships
Experience in multi-module system environments
