UKG Pro Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Pro Implementation Consultant II - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a client-side resource for technical configurations, integrations, testing, and validation tasks
• Manage project tasks for successful payroll transitions and optimize system workflows
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure accurate data requirements and provide training for technology adoption

Required Qualifications:

• Expert knowledge of UKG Pro, including implementation and custom reporting
• At least 3 years' experience in a client-facing implementation role
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a computer-related field
• Experience with integrations between third-party systems such as API or EDI
• Understanding of PII data governance and ability to maintain confidentiality
