UKG Pro Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Experienced UKG professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a UKG Pro Implementation Consultant, responsible for configuring, testing, and validating UKG Pro solutions with a focus on Payroll and Core HR processes while engaging with clients to ensure successful implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Configure UKG Pro modules, translating client payroll and HR requirements into accurate system configurations
- Support payroll unit testing, validation activities, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Payroll and HR modules
- Engage with clients through discovery sessions, providing guidance on UKG Pro capabilities and building strong professional relationships
Required qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience with UKG Pro
- 3+ years of experience in a SaaS or consulting environment
- Working knowledge of Payroll and Core HR business processes
- Experience supporting payroll testing and validation activities
- Strong attention to detail with a proven record of configuration accuracy
