Job Summary
Building a contractor bench of experienced professionals, the part-time UKG Pro Payroll Consultant will support clients through UKG Pro implementations, focusing on the Payroll module, while working remotely in the US, Canada, or the Philippines.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a consultant for clients during UKG Pro implementations, managing the full implementation lifecycle
- Translate business requirements into documentation, project plans, and system solutions while supporting data migration activities
- Lead client meetings and training sessions, ensuring successful project delivery and strong client relationships
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with full-cycle HR/payroll system implementations, specifically in UKG Pro Payroll
- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment
- UKG Pro certification is strongly preferred
- Strong technical skills, including SQL queries and basic scripting
- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment and manage multiple client deliverables
