UKG Pro Talent Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting client needs on a contract basis, the UKG Pro Talent Consultant will provide functional consulting, configuration, and advisory support across the UKG Pro Talent suite, helping clients optimize their talent-management processes remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of UKG Pro Talent solutions
- Facilitate client discovery sessions to understand business requirements and translate them into effective UKG Pro Talent configurations
- Guide clients through system testing, issue identification, and resolution while maintaining project documentation and updates
Required Qualifications:
- Up-to-date UKG implementation certification for Talent modules
- Prior consulting or professional-services experience
- Experience working with UKG Pro Core and understanding its integration with Talent functionality
- Familiarity with structured implementation methodologies and project governance
- Experience supporting clients through implementation and system optimization
