UKG Pro WFM Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled UKG Pro WFM Consultant, the full-time remote role will manage the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of UKG Pro Workforce Management applications, focusing on modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and provide ongoing support for UKG Pro WFM applications
- Manage key UKG Pro WFM modules and collaborate with business users to troubleshoot application issues
- Develop functional specifications and coordinate testing activities for system changes and enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 to 8 years of experience supporting or administering UKG Pro WFM/Kronos solutions
- Strong functional knowledge of UKG Pro WFM, including Timekeeping, Accruals, and Attendance modules
- Experience with integrations involving Oracle, Dayforce, SuccessFactors, or similar HR/Payroll platforms
- Working knowledge of Oracle SQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server for reporting and troubleshooting
