Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Pro WFM Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of UKG Pro WFM implementation and enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UKG Pro WFM projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review
Coordinate with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field (or 3+ years of direct PM experience with UKG Pro WFM)
3-5 years of UKG Pro WFM PM implementation experience
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
