UKG Pro WFM Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time UKG Pro WFM Specialist will design, develop, and optimize complex staff schedules while ensuring compliance with payroll coding, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for workforce management and scheduling systems
- Design and continuously optimize staff schedules to align with operational needs and labor cost management
- Conduct configuration and testing for new scheduling features and provide advanced troubleshooting for critical issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Five years of experience in UKG Pro WFM advanced scheduling
- Experience in leading complex system configurations and cross-functional implementations
- Knowledge of payroll systems configuration and business processes
- Ability to analyze complex data and present findings effectively
