Key Responsibilities

• Audit timekeeping and payroll data to ensure accuracy
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance data management processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, finance, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working within UKG Ready
• Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and HR data structures
• Hands-on experience with parallel payroll testing and data reconciliation
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality workforces preferred
