Job Summary
Providing expert UKG Ready implementation consulting services on a project basis, the independent contractor will manage client relationships, deliver project milestones, and ensure high-quality outcomes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client implementations, managing relationships and delivering outcomes
- Provide end-to-end UKG Ready implementation services, including configuration of payroll and timekeeping modules
- Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring timely completion and regular communication throughout the implementation lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in client-facing UKG Ready implementation services
- Expert knowledge of Full Suite UKG Ready
- Experience with multi-entity, complex implementations
- Prior experience leading multiple projects
- Strong organizational and time management skills
