UKG Ready Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Providing expert UKG Ready implementation consulting services on a project basis, the independent contractor will manage client relationships, deliver project milestones, and ensure high-quality outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client implementations, managing relationships and delivering outcomes
• Provide end-to-end UKG Ready implementation services, including configuration of payroll and timekeeping modules
• Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring timely completion and regular communication throughout the implementation lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in client-facing UKG Ready implementation services
• Expert knowledge of Full Suite UKG Ready
• Experience with multi-entity, complex implementations
• Prior experience leading multiple projects
• Strong organizational and time management skills
