UKG Ready Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Providing expertise in UKG Ready HCM implementation, the full-time remote UKG Ready Implementation TLM Solutions Consultant will work closely with clients to develop customized solutions, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored implementation and configuration solutions
- Manage the full life-cycle builds of time and attendance systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Configure time clocks, mobile punch, and geofencing/integration setups to enhance client operations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4-6 years of progressive time and attendance implementation experience, with UKG Ready required
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, state-specific overtime rules, and complex scheduling requirements
- Proven experience in configuring time clocks and integration setups
- Experience serving senior care, healthcare, or PEO clients is strongly preferred
