Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the contract UKG Ready Specialist will assess and optimize the UKG Ready system, focusing on configuration, workflow builds, and data integrity, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assess the current UKG Ready implementation and document areas for improvement with a priority roadmap
- Own system configuration and optimization, including building automated workflows and ensuring data accuracy
- Train team members on UKG Ready functions and maintain comprehensive documentation for ongoing knowledge transfer
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on ownership of UKG Ready, including system administration and workflow configuration
- Experience auditing HR data and implementing quality controls to ensure data integrity
- Demonstrated ability to build HR dashboards and reporting within UKG Ready
- Experience training non-technical HR team members on administrative and self-service functions
- Proven track record of assessing and optimizing underperforming UKG Ready instances
