Job Summary

Leading a team of support consultants, the full-time UKG Support Supervisor will manage end-user support for the UKG Pro Workforce Management application, ensuring efficient issue resolution and team performance in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee troubleshooting, configuration, and resolution of issues related to the UKG Pro WFM application
  • Manage team performance, including work assignments, performance management, and providing mentorship
  • Act as the escalation point for complex issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve advanced problems
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of leadership experience with extensive knowledge of the UKG suite of tools
  • 3+ years of experience in Workforce Management systems configuration and support
  • 2+ years of experience implementing or supporting the UKG Pro WFM solution
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle issue escalations
  • Continuous learning mindset with a positive attitude towards feedback and training
