UKG WFM Administrator

Job Summary

As a full-time remote UKG WFM Administrator, the expert-level analyst will manage strategic oversight of UKG WFM configuration, optimization, and support across enterprise functions, leveraging over 8 years of experience and intermediate UKG WFM badges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy and long-term configuration planning for timekeeping and advanced scheduling
• Architect complex configurations and drive system-wide design initiatives
• Advise business leadership on best practices and UKG roadmap alignment

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of UKG Workforce Management functional configuration experience
• One or more UKG WFM badges (Intermediate)
• Proven track record of driving enterprise-level configuration strategy
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (or comparable combination of education and relevant experience)
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration skills
