UKG WFM Certified Advisor

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic post-go-live partner, the full-time remote UKG WFM Certified Advisor will provide ongoing system support, optimization, and advisory services for clients utilizing the UKG Workforce Management system.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients post-implementation to deliver system support and optimization
• Configure and maintain UKG WFM modules, including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Absence Management
• Analyze system performance and conduct regular client touchpoints to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM)
• UKG WFM Certification is required
• Experience supporting 10-15+ implementations or client engagements
• Strong understanding of system configuration, data views, and testing methodologies
• Client-facing experience with the ability to lead discussions independently
