UKG WFM Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Developer to implement, enhance, and support UKG WFM solutions for a federal agency.

• Configure and implement UKG WFM systems (e.g., WTK, WFS, WAM, Paragon)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of workforce management consulting experience
• 3+ years working specifically with UKG WFM solutions
• Strong skills in Excel-based data analysis and system configuration
• Experience with WIM processes and workforce optimization best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, HR, or related field
