UKG WFM Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Providing UKG WFM implementation consulting services on a project basis, the independent contractor will manage client relationships, deliver project milestones, and ensure successful implementations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client implementations, managing relationships and delivering outcomes
- Provide end-to-end UKG WFM implementation services, including configuration and troubleshooting of payroll and timekeeping modules
- Manage multiple concurrent client implementation projects, ensuring timely completion and clear communication throughout the lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience providing client-facing UKG WFM implementation services
- Expert knowledge of the UKG WFM Platform
- Experience with multi-entity, complex implementations
- Prior experience owning and leading multiple projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
