Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead configuration, optimization, and enterprise support of the UKG Workforce Dimensions platform
Develop workforce dashboards and KPIs, and build custom reports using UKG Analytics
Establish change control processes and provide Tier 3 escalation support for system updates

Required Qualifications

3 years of experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions (UKG Pro WFM)
2 years of experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions Advanced Scheduler (strongly preferred)
3 years of advanced configuration experience in timekeeping and accruals
3 years of experience supporting multi-site or enterprise deployments
Knowledge of integrations with payroll, HRIS, ERP, or EHR systems is highly desired
