Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Workforce Dimensions Expert for a long-term contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the enterprise SME for UKG Workforce Dimensions and lead design, configuration, and optimization of modules
Lead configuration and optimization of Advanced Scheduler, ensuring alignment with staffing models
Develop workforce dashboards and KPIs, and provide Tier 3 escalation support

Required Qualifications

3 years of experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions (UKG Pro WFM)
3 years of advanced configuration experience in timekeeping and accruals
3 years of experience supporting multi-site or enterprise deployments
2 years of experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions Advanced Scheduler (preferred)
UKG certifications (preferred)
