UKG Workforce Management Consultant
Job Summary
Building a contractor bench of experienced professionals, the part-time UKG Workforce Management Consultant will serve as a trusted guide for clients implementing and optimizing UKG Workforce Management solutions, working remotely on contract projects as they become available.
Key responsibilities
- Support end-to-end implementation activities, including system configuration, testing, and post-go-live support for UKG Workforce Management solutions
- Gather and translate business requirements into effective system configurations and functional solutions
- Collaborate with project teams and manage multiple client engagements to deliver best-practice recommendations for UKG WFM optimization
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workforce Management or Time & Attendance systems
- Strong hands-on experience with UKG WFM, UKG Pro WFM, and/or UKG Dimensions
- Experience with system configuration, testing, and deployment for Workforce Management implementations
- Client-facing implementation or consulting experience within an HCM/WFM environment
- Willingness to engage on a contract basis and clearly defined availability for upcoming engagements
