Job Summary
A company is looking for a UK&I Payroll Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll for employees in the UK and Ireland, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Liaise with external payroll providers for data submission and reconciliation
- Review and validate payroll reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in UK and Ireland payroll processing (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of HMRC and Irish Revenue requirements
- Experience working with third-party payroll providers
- Familiarity with benefits administration, pensions, and employment tax
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint is highly preferred
