To support the localization of video games, the remote Ukrainian Video Game Translator will translate game content and marketing materials, proofread translations, and collaborate with other translators on various projects.
Key responsibilities
- Translate video game content and promotional materials from English to Ukrainian
- Proofread translations to ensure high-quality text output
- Collaborate with other translators on full titles and game updates
Required qualifications
- Native speaker of Ukrainian with a passion for linguistic and cultural nuances
- Fluent in English, capable of participating in video call interviews
- Minimum of 6 months of translation experience in the video game industry
- Freelance registration is recommended
- Experience in subtitle translation and LQA is beneficial
