Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule ultrasound appointments for patients
• Manage communication between patients, healthcare providers, and ultrasound technicians
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of patient information and appointments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a healthcare or medical scheduling environment
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and electronic health records
• Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision
• Availability to work Sunday to Thursday from 10:30am to 7:00pm EST
