Job Summary

To support efficient operations, the part-time hourly Ultrasound Dispatcher will coordinate scheduling, manage patient communications, and ensure timely delivery of ultrasound services in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule ultrasound appointments for patients and healthcare providers
• Manage incoming communications from patients, addressing inquiries and providing updates
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of scheduling and patient information

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in healthcare scheduling preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and ultrasound procedures
• Proficient in using scheduling software and electronic health records
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Previous experience in a dispatch or administrative role within a healthcare setting is a plus
