UM Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster

Job Summary

To support the UM Casualty team, the fully remote UM Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate and resolve attorney represented bodily injury claims, confirming facts of loss, determining coverage and liability, and negotiating settlements while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and devises handling strategies for complex cases
• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships to manage claims effectively
• Conducts thorough investigations of complex auto claims, exercising discretion and independence within increased authority limits

Required Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Experience handling claims in AL, AR, MS, MO, TX, TN, and LA is highly desirable
• Solid foundation in UM and coverage investigations
• High level of organization and adaptability
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
