Job Summary

A company is looking for a UM Nurse Clinical Consultant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply critical thinking and clinical guidelines for services requiring precertification
Collect and review clinical information from providers via phone and desk work
Authorize procedures/services based on specific criteria or initiate Medical Director referrals

Required Qualifications:

Active, current, and unrestricted RN licensure in state of residence
3+ years of clinical experience
Availability to work Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm EST with occasional weekend/holiday on-call
Proficiency in computer skills and navigating multiple systems
Associate's degree required, BSN preferred
