Unclaimed Property Analyst

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide unclaimed property compliance, the remote Unclaimed Property Analyst will manage complex multi-state reporting across various banking product lines while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and minimizing operational risks.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end unclaimed property compliance across all lines of business, interpreting and implementing multi-jurisdictional escheatment laws
• Manage high-volume data aggregation and ensure accurate classification and reporting of various asset types
• Serve as the primary liaison for state audits and regulatory examinations, supporting enterprise audit functions and leading risk mitigation initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of multi-state unclaimed property laws applicable to complex financial products
• Experience in a large, regulated financial institution
• Advanced technical skills in Excel and experience with large datasets
• Strong organizational discipline with the ability to manage enterprise complexity
