Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide unclaimed property compliance, the remote Unclaimed Property Analyst will manage complex multi-state reporting across various banking product lines while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and minimizing operational risks.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end unclaimed property compliance across all lines of business, interpreting and implementing multi-jurisdictional escheatment laws
- Manage high-volume data aggregation and ensure accurate classification and reporting of various asset types
- Serve as the primary liaison for state audits and regulatory examinations, supporting enterprise audit functions and leading risk mitigation initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
- Deep knowledge of multi-state unclaimed property laws applicable to complex financial products
- Experience in a large, regulated financial institution
- Advanced technical skills in Excel and experience with large datasets
- Strong organizational discipline with the ability to manage enterprise complexity
