Undergraduate Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Undergrad Recruitment (Part-Time Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute targeted campus recruitment strategies to attract qualified undergraduate applicants to the Career Prep program
• Build and maintain relationships with university faculty, student organizations, and community-based partners to enhance visibility and engagement
• Represent the organization at campus events and coordinate outreach efforts to promote Career Prep and related offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4-6 years of experience in undergraduate recruitment, admissions, or related outreach roles
• Experience building relationships with university stakeholders and community partners
• Familiarity with recruitment and outreach tools, including CRM or applicant tracking systems
• Demonstrated interest in equity and expanding opportunities for underrepresented students
