Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underground Transmission Line Engineer 3 - Grid.

Key Responsibilities

Design underground transmission lines for voltages up to 500kV
Support project teams in cost analyses, design criteria, and routing challenges
Develop specifications for cable procurement, duct bank installation, and overall construction

Required Qualifications

BS degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program
3 or more years of experience on underground transmission projects
Experience with cable tensioning calculations and XLPE cable design
Preparation of specifications for installation and procurement of materials
Knowledge of design techniques and principles for technical plans and drawings
