Job Summary

Underwriter 2 is a full-time, remote position responsible for preparing proposals, analyzing carrier quotes, and maintaining a small book of business while collaborating with various teams to perform financial and data analysis of clients' healthcare plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute competitive bidding for employee benefits coverage lines
• Prepare financial and contractual analysis presentations for clients
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate and recommend coverage options based on client goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office
• Strong employee benefits knowledge and/or background in math, economics, or finance preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
• Ability to manage time effectively while meeting various deadlines
