Job Summary
A company is looking for an Underwriter to enhance client service and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop structured reporting formats to analyze benefit plan performance for large clients
- Manage RFPs for group insurance products and interact with carriers to finalize offers
- Build and maintain a database of benchmarking information and client-specific resources
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in group insurance risk analysis, pricing formulas, and plan designs
- Strong project management skills
- Advanced understanding and experience with Excel
- Strong technology skills in a Microsoft environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
